Within New Zealand, all orders are sent by Courier Post *
To other countries, jewellery is only sent by the following
  Insurance for all International Postage
Standard cover for loss/damage up to $250 NZ is no extra charge.
Items valued over $250 NZ but less than $1,500 NZ require additional compensation cover - costing $10 NZ
Standard Airmail does not have instant Track & Trace. If an airmail item does not arrive within reasonable time, we can notify NZ Post who will begin a trace. This can take upto 2 months (which is in part dependent on your countrys postal-systems time taken to respond). If a trace cannot be established to your address, you are asked to sign a declaration and will then be compensated
Express Courier gives you Track & Trace and compensation against loss and breakage.
Unfortunately, this service starts at 500gr (determined by our postal org) and any parcels under that weight are charged at the 500gr cost and by volumetric weight.

Placing an Order   Fighting Card Fraud
o Type qty required in the boxes.
Select   'Add To Cart'
Items & Qty can be changed/deleted at any time
When finished, go to 'Checkout'
Card details input to the secure server incl. the Issuing Bank,  a landline phone number & its bill-payer &  cvv2 number
o Our policy is to post orders to the cardholder's billing address, but if you do need your goods posted elsewhere, we will require the cardholder’s birthdate. All extra details are deleted immediately an order is completed. They are only asked for, to help determine an order is not fraudulent.
o Fax or mail orders - all above details are required.
We will email you on receipt of a faxed order before we proceed.
    Fax: +64 9 235 3487
o If we believe there has been fraudulent use of a credit card, we immediately notify the issuing bank and international agencies. We also do our best to contact the lawful cardholder
o The cost of credit card fraud over the internet is currently mainly carried by the Merchant
The cardholder may have to pay a minimal fee, but it is the Merchant who automatically receives the chargeback & associated bank fees, has mailed the goods and loses the good name they have spent money and time building. The merchant must also spend many hours completing paperwork and/or possibly forfeit their merchant acct. Lge international firms have insurance for this, smaller businesses do not.

The islands of New Zealand are in the path of the 'roaring forties' (winds that circle the lower part of the globe and are 1,600km (990 miles) from Australia. Population is still under 4 million, with 1.3 million in Auckland. New Zealand is 12hrs ahead of GMT but 13 hrs ahead in summer.
Capt James Cook circumnavigated the main islands in 1769 and sealing & whaling soon followed. The Treaty with the British was signed in 1840 at Waitangi. Many English & Scottish settled in NZ after the Treaty was signed.
New Zealand has been a land apart for around 80 million years, and is the home to many plants and animals found nowhere else on the planet.
The flightless bird the kiwi, found more in the warm Northland forests is a NZ icon and New Zealanders overseas are often referred to as 'kiwis'.
New Zealand is a relatively informal society. Smoking is banned in offices, shops, bars, hotels, planes, all public transport.
Tipping in taxis, restaurants & hotels is NOT obligatory, but it is not inappropriate to reward particularly good service.
